As a Telecommunications Promoter, you will be primarily responsible for representing our mobile phone brands, highlighting their features, benefits, and promotions to customers. Your objective will be to advise and guide customers in selecting the plan and device best suited to their needs, exceeding their expectations and generating sales. **Key Responsibilities:** * Effectively present and demonstrate offered mobile phone products and services. * Provide personalized customer advice by identifying their requirements and offering appropriate solutions. * Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing—ensuring a positive purchasing experience. * Achieve and exceed company-established sales targets. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, plans, promotions, and market competition. * Manage basic inventory and ensure proper product display at the point of sale. * Provide post\-sale support and resolve customer inquiries or issues. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. * Adhere to GRUPO BENBER’s and ELEKTRA’s quality and customer service standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or electronic products. * Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Customer orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships. * Proactivity, dynamism, and high motivation for sales. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Basic knowledge of mobile technology and rate plans. * Availability to work during business hours, including weekends. * **Important:** Must not have previously worked for COPPEL If you are passionate about technology, possess a natural talent for sales, and seek a stimulating work environment where you can develop your career, this is your opportunity!
