Essential Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience supervising residential housing projects with more than 3 levels \- Experience supervising electrical, sanitary, and hydraulic installations \- Residency in the municipality of Terrenate, Tlaxcala, or surrounding areas. Responsibilities: \- Supervision of construction execution \- Quality control of installations \- Monitoring progress and project compliance \- Preparation and review of site-generated documents We are looking for a responsible, organized individual with proven experience in construction monitoring and control. Position Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 10 months Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
