Tech Lead Pre Assembly **Job Req ID:** 133720 **Location:**Puebla, MX, 74160 1\. Job Objective. * Supervise the final assembly unit (KSK), Modules (MM), Sub-assembly (VK) and/or Cutting (KS) within the Production functional unit. 2\. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical instruction / guidance to employees. * Serve as the point of contact for employees and provide support at relevant interfaces. * Coordinate employees (e.g., personnel planning, etc.) and assign them to machines. * Support the disciplinary supervisor during shifts and in workload planning. * Conduct daily shift handovers and update shift records as required. * Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with process work instructions. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection regulations. * Support optimization of work processes and propose improvements. * Identify root causes of downtime and create/transmit fault descriptions and containment actions. * Enter shift and operator information into the system for team group control. * Report any failures of production equipment and/or tools for timely repair. * Report identified defects to prevent non-conforming material from proceeding to subsequent production processes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Ensure implementation of Autonomous Maintenance activities on equipment. * Be familiar with process instructions, methods, and systems (EASI, Ks\-Info, Top\-Win, MESpto Mesff,). * Understand internal and external customer requirements. * Instruct, encourage, motivate, and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary. * Ensure on-time delivery and quality by efficiently utilizing machinery, materials, and equipment according to production planning/control criteria and specifications. 3\.
