




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to process and validate information regarding personnel movements and incidents to ensure timely and accurate payroll payments. THIS OPENING IS FOR YOU.*** *"Human Resources Assistant."* **Job Objective:** To process and validate all necessary information regarding personnel movements and incidents for payroll application, in accordance with corresponding procedures, to ensure timely and accurate payroll payments. **Responsibilities:** · Preparation, review, and assurance of pre-payroll. · Submission and follow-up on medical leave certificates. · Verification and updating of personnel hires and terminations. · Management of indicators (absenteeism, overtime, etc.). · Timely and proper delivery. · Recording of incidents (rest days, vacations, overtime, etc.). · Daily data entry into the system. · Support to the HR Manager across all departmental activities. · Processing of final settlements, check requests, and submission of supporting documents to the relevant department. · Personnel terminations and suspensions. · Requesting food vouchers. **Benefits:** · Weekly payments · Food vouchers equivalent to 5% of salary · Statutory benefits · Life insurance · Savings fund · Paid training ***We want you to be part of our team—best of luck in your application process.*** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
