




Job Summary: We are seeking a payroll professional to lead the end-to-end payroll process, optimize systems, and manage the team—ensuring accuracy and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of payroll and tax processes. 2. Leadership and team development for payroll operations. 3. Optimization of payroll processes and systems. Responsibilities: \- Manage the end-to-end payroll process. \- Supervise CFDI stamping, cancellations, and corrections. \- Calculate ISR, subsidy, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. \- Supervise employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IDSE\-SUA. \- Manage attendance incidents, disabilities, vacations, and severance settlements. \- Prepare tax reports and support audit activities. \- Lead and develop the payroll team. \- Optimize payroll processes and utilization of Contpaqi payroll systems. Requirements: \- Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. \- Availability to work full-time. \- Minimum 4 years of payroll experience. \- Proficiency in CFDI Payroll and tax obligations. \- Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel. \- Experience working in multi-branch companies. \- Skills in accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
