Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance professional to perform repairs and troubleshoot issues across various equipment and systems, with availability to rotate shifts. Key Highlights: 1. General maintenance role involving various repairs and troubleshooting. 2. Problem reporting and tracking of maintenance activities. Requirements: * General maintenance knowledge (Painting, Carpentry, Electrical work, Drywall, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Pump operation, Kitchen equipment) * Availability to rotate shifts (morning and afternoon) * Residence near the location (preferred) Responsibilities: * Lock repairs * Plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc. repairs * Inspection and troubleshooting of equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation, piping, etc.) * Reporting potential issues to the maintenance supervisor * Tracking maintenance activities upon request from unit managers We offer: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Vacation time * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Discounts Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $9,067.30 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
