




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced quality technician to supervise inspections, manage non-conforming materials, and ensure compliance with customer acceptance criteria. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in first-piece inspection and quality management. 2. Familiarity with customer acceptance criteria. 3. Daily quality monitoring and reporting, including LPAs. * First-piece inspection: Inspect the first piece according to standard inspection instructions to confirm whether its appearance, function, etc. meet requirements. Record inspection results in the "Initial Confirmation Record" /First\-off part inspection * Receipt of scrap and quarantined materials * Abnormal conditions on the production line must be identified and reported * Familiar with customer acceptance criteria * Verify that product and component labels are correct. * Supervise and manage classification, labeling, and quarantine of non-conforming products. * Quality reporting, completion of daily rejection records, defective product statistics, etc. Ensure that measurement equipment under your line's responsibility is calibrated and in good condition. Carry out tasks and activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Conduct daily LPAs * Update quality indicators by line * Experienced. Urgent hiring.
