Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage plastic injection processes, ensure delivery of finished products, optimize resources, and lead personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages plastic injection production and product quality. 2. Leads and develops teams, optimizing processes and resources. 3. Ensures machinery setup and order fulfillment. A company with extensive experience in plastic injection is seeking a **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** to carry out injection processes according to procedures, process sheets, and customer and QMS specifications, delivering finished products by the required dates. **REQUIREMENTS** Minimum education: Technician in Processes or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in plastic injection. Knowledge of materials for proper injection. High level of commitment and results-oriented work ethic. Personnel management skills. Interpersonal relationship skills. Teamwork skills. Ability to develop subordinates. Flexible working hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for injection machine setup. Responsible for production according to the injection plan. Responsible for fulfilling production orders within the required timeframe. Responsible for eliminating downtime during production. Direct interaction with assigned personnel and decision-making within the work area. Ensures that personnel under supervision receive required training. Supervises personnel in implementing the 5S methodology in work areas. Optimizes manufacturing resources: direct labor, materials, and equipment. Responsible for eliminating unsafe acts and unsafe operations to prevent accidents.
