GPTW certification as one of the best companies in Mexico. **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the top 100 companies in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR** Ensure that housing units are delivered to customers on time, with quality and zero defects; supervise and coordinate actions between Construction and Customer Service (SC) departments to execute the repair and warranty service process timely and properly, thereby achieving customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Receive and approve Title-Ready Housing Units delivered by Construction Verify housing delivery quality to SC and to the customer Conduct technical diagnosis of reported failures Coordinate warranty service visits with customers Supervise contractors and the repair process.
