JOB DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Experience: Minimum 1 year. * Language: Conversational English. * Schedule availability. * Standards: Adherence to hygiene standards. * Primary quality: Passion for hospitality. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Efficiently handle all reservations to maximize guest flow across dining venues, beginning with pre-assignment of tables according to reservations. * Assist in operations and service as requested, consistently applying established service protocols and etiquette. * Accurately operate point-of-sale systems, banking terminals, and electronic devices as required by operations. * Courteously and efficiently handle all guest suggestions or complaints, reporting them to supervisors; if an immediate solution is unavailable, ensure the guest is informed of follow-up actions. * Establish a harmonious relationship with guests and be able to recognize guests by their last name after their second day of stay. * Maintain records of preferences, important dates, etc., for repeat guests, demonstrating high attention to detail. * Fully agree to rotate among any dining venue or department designated by the hotel at any time, demonstrating adaptability. * Comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings across all dining venues. * Perform opening and closing check\-lists for the dining venue. * Review and keep updated reservation logs for lunch and dinner. * Attend monthly departmental meetings and any others as required, with willingness to learn. * Ensure effective communication with kitchen staff, servers, and supervisory personnel to deliver professional, error-free service. * Maintain a professional appearance and consistently positive, hospitable attitude, upholding impeccable personal hygiene. * Maintain good working relationships with colleagues within the dining venue as well as those from other departments. * Report to work punctually, wearing a complete and clean uniform. * Strictly monitor all tables during service, including guest last name, room number, and table number. * Carry out additional tasks beyond those outlined in this job description, as directed by immediate supervisors, related to the department.
