Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Engineer or related professional to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), verify products, and guarantee food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 2. Verifies and records product information for quality control 3. Guarantees food safety and compliance with the ISO 22000 system Requirements: Food Engineer, Biotechnology, QFB — or related field to the Food Industry. Main Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Verify products and record obtained information in the product inspection report, ensuring compliance with specifications. Ensure compliance with packaging orders. Approve machine and operational area cleaning. Record daily log entries for significant events related to Production, Quality, and Food Safety. Collect cleaning samples from various operational areas for microbiological analysis. Collect product samples for quality and safety testing. Comply with the Food Safety Management System. ERP system handling ISO 22000\. Three shifts are rotated.
