Responsible and committed **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for serving and preparing beverages for customers; manages inventory and controls supplies in the area, ensures proper use of each item, and maintains order and cleanliness of all equipment in accordance with quality and hygiene standards at the National Equestrian Catering Event at Harás del Bosque. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Essential knowledge of classic mixology * Experience in the field * Customer service and attention * Flexible availability * Responsible and committed **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Prior to preparing beverages, the work area must be in perfect condition of cleanliness. 2\. Prepare beverages according to order instructions, recipes, and establishment standards. 3\. Serve beverages at the recommended temperature, using appropriate service equipment as per establishment policies. 4\. Prepare necessary equipment and supplies for service delivery. 5\. Clean and prepare areas for bar service. 6\. Identify customer needs and confirm them to satisfy diner demands. 7\. Apply standard procedures, recipes, wines, and liquors from the bar to deliver quality service to customers. 8\. Ensure all received supplies are in perfect condition, meet required quality standards, and have not exceeded their expiration date. **WE OFFER** * Temporary equestrian event at Hipico Harás del Bosque * Event dates: Tuesday, June 2nd to June 8th \- Wednesday, June 10th to Sunday, June 14th. * Fixed daily salary: $700.00 \+ Tips * Meals provided by the company Let’s continue growing together!
