Position Objective: To implement strategies ensuring satisfaction of academic and administrative needs of applicants, students, and their parents/guardians enrolled in academic programs under the coordinator’s responsibility, thereby promoting optimal student development throughout three key stages of their academic journey: admission, retention, and graduation. Functions and Responsibilities: Effective academic management (analysis, executive reporting, etc.) Academic and administrative procedures Enrollment maintenance Course administration Monitoring quality indicators in service delivery Identifying and communicating intervention needs to tutoring and advisory services. Teaching responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in Administration, Education, or Engineering. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Academic Coordinator performing academic and administrative management activities.
