




**Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the company’s administrative processes, ensuring proper control of resources, documentation, personnel, and compliance with internal policies. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the company’s daily administrative activities. * Control and organize administrative documentation, contracts, files, and physical and digital archives. * Track payments, invoicing, collections, and expense control. * Support the preparation and control of operational budgets. * Supervise compliance with internal processes, policies, and administrative procedures. * Coordinate communication among operational, accounting, finance, and management departments. * Maintain supplier records: onboarding, contracts, payments, and evaluations. * Support human resources matters: attendance tracking, incidents, vacation management, and personnel files. * Track purchases, requisitions, and administrative inventory control. * Prepare administrative and financial reports for management. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up on agreements. * Ensure compliance with administrative and tax obligations in coordination with external or internal accounting. * Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and propose solutions. * Supervise appropriate use of material and financial resources. * Support internal and external audits when required. **Key Skills** * Organization and planning * Leadership and team coordination * Administrative analysis and control * Effective communication * Conflict management * Attention to detail * Working under pressure **Desired Knowledge** * General administration * Basic accounting * Invoicing and expense control * Excel and administrative systems proficiency * Procurement and supplier processes Job Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
