Job Summary: An enterprise providing services to gas stations seeks a Process Supervisor to design, improve, and coordinate operations in the energy sector. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with energy sector regulations and implement improvements **PETROTEC SPECIALIZED CONSULTING** An enterprise providing services to gas stations seeks personnel as **"Process Supervisor"** **Responsibilities:** * Design, document, and improve operational and commercial processes * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) * Coordinate technical and administrative teams * Ensure compliance with energy sector regulations * Implement improvements to optimize time, cost, and efficiency * Participate in audits and ensure adherence to quality standards **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Energy Business * Experience as a manager, coordinator, or area leader * Experience in the energy sector, hydrocarbons, or gas stations * Experience in process implementation and improvement * Team leadership experience * Knowledge of quality management systems (**ISO 9001**) or participation in audits **Desirable:** * Familiarity with sector regulations (ASEA, CRE) * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) * Experience in quality certifications or audits **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM Benefits: * Salary increases * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Salary: $10,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
