**Electrical / Electromechanical Engineer – Site Supervisor**
**Department:**
Electromechanical Construction Supervision and Execution
**Contract Type:**
**3 months (fixed-term), followed by a 1-year contract**
**Location:**
Based in Puebla, with travel required to construction sites across central Mexico.
**Position Type:**
Full-time – On-site work at construction sites
**Position Objective:**
To supervise the proper execution of **electrical and electromechanical** project work, ensuring compliance with established technical, regulatory, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate **operational leadership, specialized technical knowledge, and client negotiation skills**, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of assigned projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the installation of **industrial electrical systems**: conduits, wiring, switchboards, lighting, grounding systems, etc.
* Coordinate electromechanical work jointly with civil, mechanical, and safety departments.
* Review electrical drawings, isometrics, and single-line diagrams to ensure correct execution.
* Maintain **continuous communication with the client (Truper)** regarding progress tracking, requirements, and technical adjustments.
* Prepare **daily reports, cost estimates, material control records, and site logs.**
* Verify compliance with **electrical standards NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-029-STPS, and applicable regulations.**
* Coordinate on-site work teams and contractors.
* Supervise the correct application of industrial safety procedures.
* Support the **compilation of technical files and project close-out documentation.**
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (degree completed).
* **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in industrial electrical or electromechanical projects.
* Solid knowledge of industrial electrical installations, control systems, automation, and power systems.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, Project, and Microsoft Office suite.**
* Technical analysis and document control capabilities.
* **Availability** to work on-site.
* Valid driver’s license.
