REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Architect or Architectural Engineer, related degree * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building, and adaptation of commercial spaces within shopping malls in the retail sector KNOWLEDGE (SPECIFIC TO THIS POSITION) * **Supervision of special installations, air conditioning, voice and data systems, fire suppression systems, smoke detection, low-voltage electrical work, civil works and finishes (e.g., drywall), and furniture installation.** RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervision, monitoring, control, and inspection of work performed during construction * Management of construction logs * Management of estimates and volumetric calculations * Interaction with and follow-up on contractors * Preparation of daily and weekly reports * Administration and calculation of materials We Offer * Gross monthly salary: 18,000 MXN * Monthly bonus of 4,000 MXN, based on achievement of objectives
