




Job Summary: Handle inventory registration, inspection, receipt, dispatch, labeling, and organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system 2. Conduct physical counts and verify product quality 3. Optimize storage space and generate inventory reports **Inventory Registration and Control**: Maintain accurate records of product stock levels, including updates in the inventory management system. · **Product Inspection and Counting**: Perform periodic physical counts of products in stock to verify alignment with system records. · **Receipt and Dispatch**: Assist in receiving new products and materials, ensuring correct registration and storage according to established procedures. · **Labeling**: Label goods, verify the condition of received and stored products, ensure compliance with quality standards, and report any damage or discrepancies. · **Organization and Storage**: Ensure products are properly organized within the warehouse or inventory area, optimizing space and facilitating item access and location. · **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare reports on inventory status, including variance reports, product turnover, and stock levels. · **Inventory Management**: Assess minimum and maximum inventory levels to place replenishment orders and prevent both stockouts and overstocking. · **Tools and Equipment Handling**: Use necessary tools and equipment for inventory management, such as barcode scanners, management systems, etc. · **Policy and Procedure Compliance**: Adhere to company-established policies and procedures regarding inventory management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
