




Position Summary: This role aims to ensure optimal operation of the technological infrastructure by providing technical support and managing maintenance and asset control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation of the technological infrastructure. 2. Provide technical support and preventive/corrective maintenance. 3. Manage equipment inventory and address technological incidents. **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure optimal operation of the technological infrastructure across operations, providing technical support to stores and offices in accordance with established policies, supervisory guidelines, and protocols. Job Description - Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the technological infrastructure; perform corrective maintenance as required. - Install, configure, and update software and/or technological applications necessary for store and office operations. - Maintain control over the inventory of computing equipment, software licenses, and technology services. - Administer requests for new equipment and manage warranties, repairs, insurance claims, replacements, and disposal of assets. - Supervise and advise users on the proper use of applications and technological tools. - Promptly address all incidents related to the information technology area. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in technical support and help desk operations. - Experience with networks and technological tools.
