Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware, software, and networks in an entertainment environment, including incident response and technical support. Technical support and incident resolution LEADING ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY COMPANY IS SEEKING: "Field Technician – Corrective & Preventive Maintenance" Solid knowledge of hardware and software, computer equipment assembly, maintenance (preventive and corrective), networks (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, etc.), servers, and peripherals. Basic electronics knowledge. Gender: Not specified 100% field-based work. Mandatory: Personal vehicle (gasoline allowance and parking fees provided); do not apply if this requirement is not met. Education: Engineering, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in Computing, Systems, Informatics, or related fields. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines in the gaming floor according to the work plan. Install, relocate, and move machines on the gaming floor per activity schedules and layout updates. Respond to and document Level-1 incidents on the gaming floor. Escalate and forward Level-2 incidents to the Contact Center department. Provide on-site support to departments requiring remote connection to configure machines. Respond to requests from departments needing data configuration or machine information on the gaming floor.
