We serve the central and southern regions of the country, establishing ourselves as a reliable company within the sector. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Refrigeration Supervisor / Technician** to join our team. This position combines operational, administrative, and technical responsibilities: **Supervisor Responsibilities (3 days per week):** * Supervise production processes * Coordinate and supervise operational staff * Conduct inventories and manage input control * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards * Maintain administrative records and operational reports **Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities (3 days per week):** * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems * Diagnose and resolve equipment failures * Supervise proper operation of machinery * Provide technical support for process improvements and optimization **Requirements** * Electromechanical Engineering degree (mandatory) * Demonstrable experience in industrial refrigeration-related work * Experience in personnel supervision (preferred) * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Leadership and organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems We seek a responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented individual with both operational and technical vision to strengthen our team.
