**ARQA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Papalotla de Xicohténcatl, Tlaxcala** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Role Plan, direct, and coordinate the organization's human talent management activities to maintain a healthy and productive employment relationship between employees and employers. Expected outcomes: Reduce turnover rate; Reduce number of days positions remain vacant. Responsibilities * Develop and implement hiring, conduct, and termination policies and procedures in compliance with the Federal Labor Law; conduct recruitment and selection to ensure positions are filled with suitable candidates. * Hire personnel and complete required onboarding processes (IMSS registration, certifications, etc.). * Coordinate and supervise employee training and development programs. * Maintain relationships with employees and manage personnel-related issues. * Foster and sustain a favorable work environment. * Establish and maintain policies promoting inclusion, respect, and zero tolerance for workplace harassment. * Cultivate a work environment that fosters employee retention (through challenges and emotional compensation). * Maintain a reliable database of temporary workers. * Collaborate with the legal department on document processing and reviews. Ideal Profile Experience: * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in human resources techniques. * Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. * Administrative skills (planning, organizing, controlling). * Ability to multitask. * Familiarity with IMSS regulations and the Federal Labor Law. * Team-oriented with leadership capabilities.
