Operating the assigned vehicle and tracking incidents **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to local routes using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to cover daily delivery routes from the HUB, ensuring timely merchandise delivery to commercial customers, adherence to pickup and delivery timeframes, proper use of the assigned vehicle per established policies, and overall customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise to commercial customers on local routes within scheduled timeframes, operating the assigned vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Support sales counter operations in the commercial program module by assisting walk-in or phone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report vehicle-related incidents to and follow up with the Commercial Manager. Process cash collections against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * One to two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver for any type of vehicle * Valid driver’s license * Must be at least 21 years old * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
