TORSACOR SA DE CV Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of corrugated cardboard packaging Seeking: SHIPPING SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES 01\.\- Monitor human resources according to production priorities. 02\.\- Supervise the proper operational functioning of finished goods warehouse machinery. 03\.\- Delegate and effectively supervise process-related activities. 04\.\- Supervise and guarantee product quality. 05\.\- Ensure production complies with established parameters. 06\.\- Coordinate with quality assurance personnel to efficiently and promptly resolve process-related issues identified. 01\.\- Coordinate activities of assigned personnel (forklift operators, shredders, compactors, unitizers, and general assistants). 02\.\- Coordinate and inspect incoming corrugator sheets, and ensure their safekeeping. 03\.\- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sheets to the conversion area. 04\.\- Receive and verify materials from the Conversion area to confirm compliance with established requirements. 05\.\- Coordinate shipments based on shipping schedule priorities and production planning. 06\.\- Verify that areas delivering material for shredding comply with corresponding documentation formats. 07\.\- Record outgoing sheets delivered to production. 08\.\- Record incoming and outgoing materials delivered by Conversion in the system. 09\.\- Review and analyze pallet consumption for production supply. 10\.\- Submit assigned reports at the end of each shift, fully completed and properly organized. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY 01\.\- Arrive punctually at the start of each shift. 02\.\- Verify and authorize material consumption vouchers generated by assigned personnel and/or the production process. 03\.\- Manage leave request and/or vacation forms for assigned personnel. 04\.\- Authorize shipment of finished products and sheets. 05\.\- Authorize dispatch of warehouse materials. 06\.\- Ensure timely and accurate execution of production schedules. 07\.\- Verify and sign off on correctly completed operational reports. 08\.\- Attend training courses, meetings, etc., as scheduled. 09\.\- Ensure order and cleanliness in the area jointly with the team. 10\.\- Complete general cleaning records according to established frequency. 11\.\- Conduct annual or periodically scheduled performance evaluations of assigned personnel. 12\.\- Actively participate in implementing corrective actions generated within the area. 13\.\- Train assigned personnel on job-specific tasks. 14\.\- Actively participate in monthly inventory counts. 15\.\- Ensure alignment between system and physical sheet inventory. 16\.\- Verify and ensure correct packaging of production output prior to customer shipment. 17\.\- Follow up on continuous improvement of packaging to optimize unit space utilization. 18\.\- Request and maintain constant flow in the bale storage area. 19\.\- Review and verify correct completion of area-assigned documentation forms. 20\.\- Schedule necessary resources to meet area objectives. 21\.\- Promote food safety culture among the team. 22\.\- Comply with prerequisite program requirements in the process. 23\.\- Identify and report potential sources of contamination in the process; support follow-up on preventive actions. Progress Level: Certified Field of Study: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field Knowledge Area: Warehouse Relevant Experience: Warehouse Supervisor Duration: 1 year WEEKLY PAY + STATUTORY BENEFITS Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
