YOUR ROLE* Develop automated tools/scripts to specifications. * Drives the development/implementation of automation work products. * Thoroughly tests developed products. * Supports development of technical standards. * Analyzes user specifications and requirements. * Identifies opportunities for process improvements. * Adheres to best practices for software design, retention, documentation, and deployment strategies. * Works directly with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve, prevent, and eliminate customer technology issues. * Gathers and documents business, user, functional and non\-functional requirements for in scope products. * Establishes and maintains solid business relationships. * Actively owns and participates in lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructure. YOUR PROFILE* Bachelor’s degree in engineering. * UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) and/or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD). * 5\+ years of experience in systems engineering, analyst, or developer preferably in the healthcare industry. * Proficient with scripting, object\-oriented programming, data serialization languages (YAML / JSON), REST, and basic version control (code promotion workflows). * Knowledge of application development, application support, primary automation domain, primary infrastructure domain, continuous integration, continuous delivery, event\-driven architectures, AI / AIOps and Machine Learning. * Skilled in testing, polyglot programming, agile and lean methodologies, Six\-Sigma practices and methodologies, and automation architecture. * Core skills: UI Path, API Development, ADO Dashboard and GitHub. * Secondary Skills: .NET Core C\#, SQL or Power Platform, GCP Exposure, DevOps. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
