Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, such as Customer Experience or Account Executive. Must be available for travel within the country. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), Microsoft Office tools, and data analysis and interpretation is mandatory. Assessment will be conducted. Manage customer and user inquiries and complaints. Sales experience required. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Attend follow-up meetings to review complaints and operational incidents. Maintain records of customer and user interactions, feedback, and complaints. Conduct timely follow-up and support for conversations with customers and users. Notify relevant departments of incidents reported by users and customers for resolution, follow-up, and handling. Prepare reports and perform numerical and statistical data analysis. Sales activities. Working Conditions: On-site position in Puebla. Salary: MXN 18,000 gross per month.
