Train personnel and support safety audits. **Job Description:** A company specializing in full-cycle construction is seeking a highly committed *Safety Officer* to guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site, supervising personnel and working conditions to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. ***Responsibilities:*** * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site * Supervise correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Conduct daily inspections of tools and equipment * Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions and acts * Train personnel on basic safety topics * Supervise preventive signage on site * Support internal and external safety audits Requirements: * Academic background: Industrial, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, or related field * Availability to work on-site * Driving skills (Class E license preferred) Knowledge of: * Safety and Hygiene Regulations * Site Safety Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment * Basic First Aid Skills: Proactive, dynamic, leadership, authority, organization, effective communication, strong observational ability, and attention to detail.
