**GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** \| Puebla Médica Santa Carmen, the largest renal healthcare network in Mexico, is seeking to hire a **General Maintenance Technician** willing to join our Puebla branch. Requirements: * Experience in maintenance for hotels and/or hospitals * Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of air conditioning, electricity, painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and water equipment * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Organization and teamwork skills * Availability to respond to operational incidents Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, furniture, and basic equipment * Carry out general repairs related to electricity, plumbing, painting, metalwork, and minor finishes * Supervise the proper functioning of lighting, air conditioning, doors, restrooms, and common areas * Assist with moving, arranging, and installing furniture or equipment when necessary * Maintain optimal conditions in the clinic’s internal and external areas * Track maintenance reports from various departments * Verify that facilities meet appropriate safety and operational standards * Support general operational tasks contributing to the clinic’s smooth functioning * Use tools and work materials appropriately Report major failures or situations requiring specialized attention * We offer: * Biweekly pay * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Psychological support * Employee referral program * Ongoing training ROLLED TUNOS EVERY 2 WEEKS "Join a team committed to providing safe, high-quality spaces for our patients.
