We are looking for a **Project Manager** with solid experience in **software development** and **data project management**. The ideal candidate must master **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and be capable of leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology projects. This role is critical for coordinating digital transformation initiatives, software product development, and data analytics projects. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute software and data projects from design through final delivery. * Lead Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). * Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. * Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, technical teams, and business units. * Oversee implementation of best practices in project management and change management. * Monitor risks and issues, proposing proactive mitigation strategies. * Report periodic progress and key metrics to leadership. * Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to achieve technical and business objectives. * Ensure deliverable quality while adhering to timelines and budgets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager** on software and/or data projects. * **Proven experience working with Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar. * Experience in projects involving databases, data migrations, data lakes, or analytics platforms (desirable). * Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) desirable. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate–advanced English Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Remote work Experience: * Data projects: 2 years (Desirable) * Project Management: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 03540, Carmen, CDMX
