We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Waiter/Host to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Waiter/Host, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant and help maintain our reputation for excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously. \- Present menus and take orders. \- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently. \- Ensure order accuracy and accommodate any special requests or modifications. \- Offer recommendations and answer questions about menu items. \- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. \- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and the dining room. \- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for events and private parties. \- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. \- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations. \- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and, if necessary, escalate them to management. \- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward customers and coworkers at all times. **Requirements:** \- High school diploma or equivalent. \- Proven work experience as a waiter or in a similar position. \- Excellent customer service and communication skills. \- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask effectively. \- Knowledge of menus and food and beverage ingredients. \- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. **Salary:** $9,452\.00 Tips Statutory Benefits Staff Dining Room We would love for you to join our team at Mentory Grupo Consultor Turístico.
