Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive professional for branch-based insurance customer service, developing sales strategies and managing customer portfolios. Key Highlights: 1. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a winning attitude, and be able to work under pressure. Your primary role will be to develop and execute sales strategies to increase insurance policies. You must identify growth opportunities, manage customer portfolios, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, adjusting sales strategies, and regularly reporting on sales progress and metrics. A minimum of 6 months’ prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is required, along with impeccable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. We seek someone who not only sells products but also provides customized solutions to customers.
