Job Summary: We are seeking Credit Advisors with experience in group lending to grant, renew, and recover loans while advising clients on growing their businesses. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to advise clients and contribute to business growth. **Important: Financial institution is currently seeking Credit Advisors:** **We seek:** * Experience in group lending "preferably". * Fieldwork, sales, and prospecting. * Fluency in verbal communication, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability. **We offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 to $14,000 "Depends on region and portfolio". * Initial bonus: $1,000 (first two months). * Transportation allowance: $2,000 (weekly payment of $500 for the first two months). * IMSS support: $1,500 (starting from the third month). * Uncapped commissions \+ incentives for special campaigns. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Corporate benefits. * Vacation bonus: 25%. * Christmas bonus: 15 days. * Grocery vouchers (.7% capped). **Responsibilities:** * Granting and renewing group loans. * Collecting payments and monitoring portfolio performance. * Advising clients on growing their businesses.
