Job Summary: Efficiently support warehouse operational activities, contributing to the control, safeguarding, and movement of materials in accordance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support reception, arrangement, and dispatch of materials 2. Participate in inventories and validation of stock levels 3. Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational discipline Purpose of the Position To efficiently and promptly support warehouse operational activities, contributing to the control, safeguarding, movement, picking, and dispatch of materials, in compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, quality requirements, and traceability guidelines established by the organization. Main Responsibilities Support the physical receipt of materials, components, and goods. Verify quantities, physical condition, and correspondence with delivery documentation. Arrange and locate materials according to warehouse provisions. Collaborate in picking, preparation, and dispatch of materials. Participate in physical counts, cycle inventories, and stock validation. Label, classify, and move materials in accordance with defined procedures. Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational discipline in the assigned area. Identify and report incidents, damages, shortages, or deviations detected. Comply with applicable safety, quality, and environmental policies. Perform additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Job Requirements Education Completed high school. Experience Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, production, or material handling is desirable. Knowledge Basic inventory management and material control. Basic reading and interpretation of operational documents. General knowledge of industrial safety. Basic use of operational systems or records. Technical Skills Manual material handling.
