Management indicators and supplier contract management; warehouse, inventory, ISO\-9001 knowledge, processes and procedures. Job Objective: Responsible for the proper functioning, coordination and organization of the logistics area, receipt and distribution of Lumiservicios products, personnel management, customer and supplier relations, as well as timely and accurate supervision of merchandise orders. Experience: Distribution logistics. Order preparation, with proficiency in office software. Systematic and methodical planning and organization. Teamwork, inventory knowledge and handling. Basic knowledge of Incoterms and inventory management. Responsibilities: * Responsible for all incoming and outgoing products (including returns, handling of customer and supplier claims); ensuring products reach their destination within agreed timeframes and conditions, and remain traceable. * Management of transportation fleet and resolution of any contingencies or issues arising during logistics operations (including accidents). * Picking process and correct product packaging. * Fuel consumption and mileage control of vehicles. * Develop cost reduction strategies based on value chain analysis. * Responsible for raw material receipt. * Coordination with Purchasing, Administration and Warehouse departments—highly important. * Vehicle maintenance. * Management of drivers and assistants.
