Job stability REQUIRED: SENIOR OPERATIONAL AUDITOR / INTERNAL CONTROL A solid and growing company is looking to integrate into its team a professional with strong analytical ability, firm character, and real field operation experience to fill the position of Senior Operational Auditor / Internal Control. Job Objective: To supervise, audit, and strengthen the company's daily operations across various departments, identifying financial leakages, deviations, poor practices, and improvement opportunities, while implementing internal controls that enhance productivity, profitability, and operational order. Main Responsibilities: * Audit of operational, administrative, and financial processes. * Review of procurement, payments, inventory, petty cash, and authorizations. * Supervision of warehouses, branches, construction sites, or operational locations. * Identification of monetary leakages, shrinkage, cost overruns, and internal risks. * Preparation of executive reports detailing findings and recommended solutions. * Follow-up on corrective actions, including responsible parties and committed deadlines. * Design and implementation of internal controls and operational policies. * Evaluation of productivity by department, personnel, and business units. * Internal investigations in cases of anomalies or irregularities. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operational auditing or internal control. * Experience in companies with intensive operations, multiple departments, or branch networks. * Ability to perform fieldwork and direct supervision. * Firm character, absolute discretion, and results-oriented mindset. * Excellent proficiency in Excel, reporting, and KPIs. * Desired experience in construction, logistics, warehousing, or machinery.
