Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in soft drink production. * Knowledge of simple and finished syrup preparation. * Experience operating CIP systems and hot sanitization. * Knowledge of preparing alkaline and acidic detergent solutions. * Experience monitoring °Brix, pH, and ingredient dosing. * Operation of processing equipment, mixers, and fillers. Responsibilities: * Preparation of simple and finished syrup. * Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, pipelines, and equipment. * Preparation of raw materials and flavor changeovers. * Completion of reports and logbooks. * Performing minor equipment maintenance. * Control of losses and achievement of production KPIs. * Implementation of 5S and continuous improvement.
