Immediate hiring **A COMPANY UNDERGOING TRANSFORMATION IS SEEKING DYNAMIC PERSONNEL WITH A PASSION FOR CHALLENGE AND GROWTH, AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARD CHANGE.** **Job Objective** Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring operational continuity of production processes (electroplating lines, anodizing lines, and electrical equipment). **Requirements** * Engineering or technical degree in: * Mechatronics * Electromechanics * Industrial Maintenance or related field * **Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience** * Basic knowledge of: * Industrial electricity (220V / 440V) * Electric motors * Use of tools * Desirable: * Basic PLC knowledge * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn **Main Responsibilities** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery * Inspection of electrical equipment (rectifiers, pumps, resistors) * Basic fault diagnosis * Follow-up on maintenance checklists * Support installation of new equipment * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area **Experience (Desirable, not mandatory)** * Professional internships in industry * Experience working with machinery or electrical panels **Competencies** * Responsibility * Teamwork * Results-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency * Discipline **We Offer** * Continuous training * Career growth within the company * Immediate hiring Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
