Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the first point of contact to ensure compliance with procedures and policies outlined in applications submitted for review by the Central Credit Committee. · Collaborate closely with the business unit to ensure integrated operations that deliver expected results. · Verify that information entered into the core system is accurate and complete. · Ensure data matches documents provided by customers. · Maintain up-to-date documentation, whether physical or digital. · Commit to confidentiality of customer information and integrity in data management. · Stay current on changes in regulations and standards that may affect information validation and verification processes. · Identify, record, and manage operational incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution to support smooth branch operations. · Implement operational process improvements proposed by the Operations and Continuous Improvement Department. · Ensure availability of necessary resources for proper branch functioning. · Pay branch expenses and manage petty cash. · Organize and safeguard case files. · Administer and control Collection Receipts. · Maintain branch cleanliness and order. · Manage collateral controls.
