Professional attitude and excellent communication The weekend security guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, maintaining professionalism with an excellent appearance, courteous treatment, and attention to detail, demonstrating an outstanding attitude and excellent communication with our customers while protecting the store's assets. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously, ensuring orderly entry and exit. * Actively monitor to detect and deter suspicious behavior or shoplifting, always acting discreetly and in strict adherence to protocols. * Conduct regular patrols to maintain order and security. * Assist customers as needed and serve as a support point for store staff. * Respond quickly, calmly, and assertively to any incident, filing the appropriate reports. **Requirements:** * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to work on a 12x12 hour schedule (weekends only). * Assertive communication, emotional control, friendliness, and firmness. * Minimum 6 months of experience in private security, loss prevention (retail/boutiques), or related customer service roles. * Minimum education: Junior high school (high school preferred). **We Offer:** * Daily wage of $600 * Job stability.
