Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader in team transformation and multi-branch management to drive our value proposition and operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. (9 branches) **Are you an operations strategist with a commercial DNA?** **We are looking for an authentic leader—if you have experience transforming teams and managing multiple branches, we want you!** **Your Primary Mission:** Successfully embed our value proposition among our employees, motivating them, empowering them, and guiding them toward achieving their goals. **What You’ll Do With Us:** * **Leadership in Motion:** You will be constantly in the field, visiting all units weekly to ensure operational excellence. * **Sales Focus:** You will set sales targets per branch and per position, training clinical staff to identify service opportunities and increase the average transaction value. * **Dynamic Management:** You will resolve personnel and resource issues in real time, ensuring no branch experiences operational disruption. * **Strategic Reporting:** You will serve as the CEO’s right hand, delivering accurate and reliable data. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Professionals with degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Health Management. * Leaders who have successfully transformed their teams’ culture. * **Proven experience (minimum 3 years)** coordinating multiple branches (retail, healthcare, or services). * **Mandatory:** Personal vehicle and high availability for travel within the city of Puebla. Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
