At Alespi, we are looking for a proactive Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain and ensure our projects receive the best materials at the right time. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years leading procurement or supply departments. Essential Knowledge: Proficiency in hardware items and/or HVAC equipment (air conditioning and ventilation). Age: 28–50 years old. Skills: Aggressive negotiation, comparative analysis, ERP system proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail. YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES: Coordinate and execute procurement of materials and supplies according to project requisitions. Negotiate optimal commercial terms (price, credit, and delivery timelines). Maintain and evaluate a reliable supplier registry. Control budgets and resolve billing or quality issues. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Monthly Salary: $13,000 NET.
