




Job Summary: This Treasury Assistant role focuses on supplier and revenue reconciliations, payment management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts periodic reconciliations of supplier accounts and revenue. 2. Manages and schedules supplier payments efficiently. 3. Prepares key reports for accounting control and closing. Treasury Assistant **Supplier Reconciliation** * Perform periodic reconciliations of supplier account statements against accounting records. * Identify discrepancies in invoicing, credit notes, or applied payments. * Follow up on clarifications with suppliers and internal departments. * Validate supporting documentation prior to payment scheduling. **2\. Payment Management and Scheduling** * Prepare and schedule supplier payments according to the payment calendar. * Validate invoices, purchase orders, and corresponding authorizations. * Prepare reports of payments made and pending. * Maintain digital control and filing of payment vouchers. **3\. Revenue Reconciliation** * Reconcile revenue recorded in internal systems against bank deposits. * Review discrepancies between reported sales and received deposits. * Detect inconsistencies and report them to the relevant departments. * Generate period-based revenue reconciliation reports. **4\. Bank Reconciliations** * Perform periodic bank reconciliations. * Identify unrecognized charges or deposits pending application. * Support the cleanup of reconciliation entries. **5\. Control and Reporting** * Prepare reconciliation, payment, and discrepancy detection reports. * Support monthly accounting closing. * Keep the supplier database up to date.
