We seek your experience as a PROJECT ENGINEER: RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Ensure the proper use of resources assigned to each capital investment, successfully completing each project in terms of Quality, Budget, and Schedule. \* Conduct closings for capital investment projects to verify that established requirements, costs, and timelines have been fulfilled. \* Issue accounting closure reports and project delivery reports to the respective departments. \* Prepare estimated costs and obtain quotations for required equipment, materials, and services in coordination with the Procurement Department, in order to provide budgets for investment projects. \* Manage the budget, generate service requisitions, purchase orders, and track deliveries through invoicing to produce project cost progress reports. \* Develop Project Schedules in MS Project to ensure timely project completion, identify critical paths, and allocate resources. \* Verify compliance with legal, corporate, and other requirements related to Industrial Safety, Environmental Protection, Quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). REQUIREMENTS: \* Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering degree \* Minimum 3 years of experience \* Knowledge of processes, equipment, instrumentation, layout, ventilation, extraction, auxiliary services, electrical systems, civil works, structural engineering, architectural design, voice and data systems. \* Familiarity with current national and international regulations. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
