If you are passionate about architecture and wish to grow within a professional, creative, and demanding environment, we are looking for you! **Job Description** We seek an **Assistant Architect – Procurement** to join our **Costs and Budgeting Department**, supporting efficient management of materials, suppliers, and pricing for our architectural and construction projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Quoting, analysis, and procurement of construction and interior design materials. * Sourcing, selection, and negotiation with suppliers. * Support in budget preparation and cost control. * Tracking of purchase orders, deliveries, and material quality. * Preparation of reports and updating of price databases. **Requirements** * Licensed Architect. * Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or cost management within the construction industry. * Solid knowledge of **construction materials, finishes, and building processes.** * Strong negotiation, numerical analysis, and attention-to-detail skills. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred).** * **Proactive, organized, and responsible** attitude. * Personal vehicle (preferred). **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunity for professional development within an established and growing firm. * Collaborative environment focused on excellence, art, and design. * Participation in high-level projects. **Learn more about us:** Instagram @cibrianarquitectos Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
