Purpose of the Position** Support the company’s administrative activities by managing billing, dispatch, procurement, accounts payable and receivable, documentation, and administrative logistics—ensuring operational order, accurate financial information, and business continuity. **3\. Main Responsibilities** **Administration and Control** * Review and data entry of invoices for **Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable**. * Organization and updating of supplier documentation (files). * Daily Excel report updates (expenses, administrative controls). * Administrative control of material inflows and outflows. * Support to accounting with invoice preparation, XML file submissions, and internal administrative documentation. **Procurement and Suppliers** * Preparation of purchase orders and control of serial numbers. * Administrative receipt of materials. * Control and registration of material deliveries. * Requesting and tracking supplier pricing, delivery timelines, and service responsiveness. **Treasury** * Payment control and scheduling (Accounts Payable). * Accounts Receivable collection follow-up, deposit tracking, and payment evidence control. **Customer and Vendor Service** * Handling calls from customers and suppliers. * Administrative follow-up on internal requests. **Administrative Logistics** * Support in scheduling shipments. * Administrative tracking and tracing of domestic and international deliveries. **4\. Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position (preferred and verifiable). * **Knowledge:** * Basic–intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. **5\. Physical Requirements** * Ability to work in an office environment and perform continuous administrative tasks. * Ability to remain seated and/or standing throughout the workday. * Frequent use of computers and digital tools. **6\.
