We are looking for a **Process Analyst and systems implementation specialist** We seek a professional capable of transforming operational needs into clear, structured, and scalable systems. This role does not directly execute operational tasks. Its responsibility is to design how processes should function so they can be executed autonomously by systems, digital tools, or support teams. The objective is to build operations that do not depend on specific individuals, but rather on well-defined rules, workflows, and structures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements. * Design operational workflows with inputs, processes, outputs, validations, and exceptions. * Build systems enabling automation of functions such as procurement, tracking, control, and execution. * Document processes unambiguously so they can be executed by third parties or systems. * Define decision rules (approvals, limits, conditions) within each process. * Collaborate with technical teams and end users to implement systems. * Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to enhance scalability. * Design operations capable of functioning without constant supervision. **SKILLS:** * Think in terms of systems, not tasks. * Capable of clearly structuring complex ideas. * Possess strong analytical and simplification abilities. * Interested in understanding processes to eliminate manual work through design. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administrative fields. * Proficiency in English (desirable). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Preferably reside near Lomas de Angelopolis.
