Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting with payroll experience to perform payroll calculations, electronic invoicing (timbrado), and payroll processing, as well as provide guidance on related matters. Flexible working hours REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of payroll experience. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Income Tax (ISR). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculations. * Knowledge of statutory benefits, social security, salary-complement payment schemes, and customer service. * Experience with payroll systems (Contpaq¡). * Providing payroll guidance and advisory services. * Calculating employee salaries. * Electronic invoicing (timbrado) and payroll processing. * Statutory benefits, social security, salary-complement payment schemes, and customer service.
