Opportunity to propose improvements in inventory planning **Job Objective:** Analyze garment sales performance to define the optimal merchandise assortment, determining quantities, sizes, and styles to be sent to each store, with the aim of maximizing sales and reducing overstock. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze sales by store, style, size, and color. * Determine the number of units to allocate per branch. * Define size and style mix based on turnover and historical sales data. * Identify high- and low-turnover garments. * Prepare product performance reports (sales, inventory, turnover). * Support decision-making for replenishments and redistribution. * Propose improvements in inventory planning. * Monitor slow-moving merchandise and related exit strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or inventory planning (retail fashion experience preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools proficiency is desirable. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and product turnover. **Key Skills:** * Strong numerical analysis and attention to detail. * Logical and strategic thinking. * Organization and planning. * Clear communication with commercial and store teams. * Results-oriented.
