Position Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Engineer with experience in environmental impact assessments and preparing files for land-use change applications, and who is available for travel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) 2. Compilation of files for land-use change applications 3. Identification and cataloging of wild flora **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Resident of the state of Puebla \- Valid driver's license \- Professional License and Professional Degree issued \- Availability for fieldwork (across multiple states of the Mexican Republic) \- Knowledge and experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) \- Compilation of files for land-use change applications \- Degree: Environmental Engineering **RESPONSIBILITIES:** . Preparation of environmental impact assessments · Identification of wild flora species and generation of species lists by family, genus, and species. · Preparation of sections within each chapter of the EIA (regional or specific modality) related to wild flora and abiotic data. . Chapter IV (Vegetation): Description of Physiography, Climate Description, Geology Description, Landscape Description, Socioeconomic Environment Description, Preparation of Flora and Fauna Catalogs, Preparation of the Route Report, Preparation of Wild Flora Rescue and Relocation Programs. · Preparation of sections within each chapter of the ETJ (Technical Environmental Study) related to wild flora. · Chapter III: Description of physical and biological elements of the watershed, sub-watershed, and micro-watershed; Geology Description; Topography Description; Soil Type Description; Soil Conservation Status Description; Preparation of a list of probable wild flora occurrence. . Chapter IV: Description of conditions in the area subject to land-use change on forest lands; Geology Description; Topography Description; Soil Type Description; Soil Conservation Status Description; Preparation of flora and/or fauna catalogs; Preparation of wild flora rescue and relocation programs. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Preparation of environmental impact assessments: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's license (Preferred) Travel Availability: * 100% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
