




Job Summary: Responsible for managing resources, controlling production processes, ensuring plan compliance, fostering continuous improvement, and supervising production line personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages resources and production processes to ensure quality and productivity. 2. Promotes continuous improvement and teamwork on the production line. 3. Responsible for documentation, time allocation, and plan compliance. 1\. Properly administer, in accordance with procedures and policies, the various resources available on the production line (human, technological, material, time, equipment, and others). 2\. Control the production process from the perspectives of quality and productivity, ensuring appropriate monitoring and analysis of process indicators according to applicable standards and specifications. 3\. Ensure that the time allocation process is appropriate and reliable in accordance with process standards. 4\. Responsible for completing documentation in accordance with applicable procedures. 5\. Ensure daily compliance with production plans regarding required mix and volume. 6\. Develop a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork on the production line, involving subordinates. 7\. Must promote integration of projects and ideas with fellow line personnel to avoid waste. 8\. Maintain effective communication with supervisors regarding matters occurring on the production lines under supervision. 9\. Responsible for recording personnel incidents on the production line and all documentation required by the HR department. 10\. Monitor staff turnover and absenteeism. 11\.
